- Lost product – Full refund
- Damaged product – Contact us within 24 hours and return within 48 hour after contacting us and we offer full refund.
*Never send back an item without consulting the return with us and first receiving approval from our end. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us – no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

- Clothing problems – It is common for some button holes to be closed or to have threads left over that are stitching’s; you simply need to use a pair of scissors or a small knife to do the magic. These are considered normal, and claims for returns based on these points will not be accepted.
- We have made every effort to display the colors of our products to appear as accurate as possible on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Also, the sizes are hand measured and may slightly vary by 1-3 cms.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 48 hours to return any items you’re not quite sure about. This return period starts from the date you receive your order. Please ensure that all items must be returned in an unwashed, unused, unworn and unaltered condition with all swing tags still attached.
We’re sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at buyer’s own cost. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties and taxes either. Please return using a standard trackable service.
MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged product. Shaan Couture takes full responsibility to send you the well packaged product while dispatch. But we do not take any responsibility for damage to the order while in transit. If you find the packaging of your item is damaged upon delivery, please take photos and you may refuse to sign for the package if you wish.
Contact us right away or within 24 hours via email. Please note that we’ll need a photo or two showing the damage, which will speed up the returns process for you. You’ll also need to let us know your invoice number and explain the fault. This will enable us to determine if the package is damaged, or just the product.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us within 24 hours via email so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Garments are to be Hand-Washed and “Air dry only” or Dry Clean. There is no guarantee for color or zari/embroidery work.
All our garments come semi-stitched but we do offer standard stitching for 20 USD. Just pick your size between 38 to 44 and select “Standard Stitching” and we shall take care of the rest.
